GRANADA

Granada is the capital of the province of Granada, in the autonomous community of Andalusia, Spain. Granada is located at the foot of the Sierra Nevada mountains, at the confluence of four rivers, the Beiro, the Darro, the Genil and the Monachil. It is situated at an average elevation of 738 metres above sea level and it is only a 40 minutes drive to the Mediterranean coast, the Costa Tropical. 

In the centre are famous monuments located like the Cathedral, the Royal Chapel, where the remains of the Kings Juana la Loca and Felipe el Hermoso are situated. The Alcaicería, el Zacatín, the old silk market of the United Nazari of Granada, the City Hall, the Bib-Rambla square, the Plaza de las Pasiegas.
