If YOU cancel your booking for any other reason we are unable to refund your deposit and therefore strongly advise you to buy insurance to cover any losses incurred by yourselves.

• Cuevas de la Paz cannot accept any liability for your possessions, or personal injuries sustained during your stay and you accept full responsibility for your children at all times.

2. SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED INSIDE THE CAVES (There are ashtrays provided for anyone wishing to smoke outside)

3. LOUD MUSIC OR ROWDY BEHAVIOUR IS NOT ACCEPTABLE

4. CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES WHEN USING THE POOL AND OUT DOOR AREA’S

5. ALL ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE MUST BE REPORTED. A REPLECEMENT OR CLEANING FEE MAY APPLY.

6. PLEASE TREAT OUR COMPLEX WITH RESPECT AND THINK OF OTHER GUEST

7. NO PETS ALLOWED

8. THERE IS 1 ALLOCATED PARKING SPACE PROVIDED PER CAVE IN THE SECURE GATED AREA

9. WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY OR ASK GUESTS TO LEAVE IN THE EVENT OF INAPROPRIATE BEHAVIOUR

10. CUEVAS DE LA PAZ ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILIT Y FOR DAMANGE TO PERSONAL PROPERTY BROUGHT INTO THE PREMISES OR IN ITS COMMUNAL GROUNDS.
